"I'm proud to support the NFU's Why Farming Matters campaign.
"The people of Wales want good food and Welsh farmers can produce that food. Plaid Cymru and I want to see quality food production at the heart of our agricultural policy.
"Farmers also manage much of our landscape and its associated biodiversity and I want farmers to be supported in these efforts.
"The family farm therefore deserves to be a key priority for the Assembly Government".
